The need to help African in the Diaspora to plan and execute their projects in time, and to quality; yet without budgets being over-run gave birth to the Diaspora Connect (DC) programme. The programme was designed to connect African economic immigrants to their roots; through home ownerships.
There have been tales by the Diasporas about being swindled, by relatives who have been entrusted with money to execute and deliver projects such as house building projects, factory construction, commercial installations or acquire new properties. Unfortunately, African in the Diaspora have been hugely exploited by their relatives in their home lands. Some of the reasons why this happens are because the project owner may not be able to supervise such projects either due to time measures to manage such project as a result of work commitments , family, or immigration status.
African in the Diaspora have been left disappointed one way or the other by their close relatives.
Our aim at Prime-build is to help African in the Diaspora to build their homes to budget, time and more importantly to quality. Our team of experts are always available to help in this regard
Amongst our objectives, the investment will increase revenue for the project owner as a source of investment, connect them to their extended families and retirement homes for their peace of minds.

How We Work with Diasporas
Because we understand the business, we get you fully involved from the day you commissioned us to handle your project to the final commissioning and handover. We travel to wherever you are in the world for a face-to-face meeting as necessary.
